1. Who we are

Bomvolt is a B2B surplus marketplace where verified factories publish inventory and buyers can browse products, review factory stores, and contact factories for quotations and purchasing discussions.

2. Business use only

The Site is intended for business buyers and manufacturing suppliers. You represent that you are acting in a commercial capacity and that the information you submit is accurate.

3. Product and inventory information

Listings, prices, quantities, and factory details are provided for sourcing reference. Availability, pricing, and specifications may change. Submitting an inquiry or RFQ does not create a binding purchase order or sales contract unless and until the parties confirm in writing.

4. Inquiries and communications

When you submit a form on a product or factory page, your request is directed so the relevant factory sales team can follow up on quotation, samples, lead time, and related commercial questions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:

• Submitting false, misleading, or abusive content
• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with Site operations
• Using the Site for unlawful purposes

6. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Factory product materials remain subject to the rights of the respective factories or right holders.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and listings are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or commercial discussions between buyers and factories. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
